Remove the landing gear in trailer,clear away the paint which exposed parts of shaft and protrude bruise mark,don't allow use steel hammer to hit.

Disassembly and inspection of gearbox

First make gearbox in low gear,remove screw flexible cylindrical pin4,Then put the gear box cover out together;

Push out duplex gear components a little which in gear box cover ,get out idle gear , steel ball ,spring ,the get out subassembly ;

Get out shaft sleeve ,use the puller to pull out gear ;

discharge wood ruff key from shaft,use file to make burr removing from shaft;

(5)clean and check all kinds of parts;

(6)regularly replace by in situ

 

Remark:gear box should be put in enough grease

(1)deburring from shaft d,strike outer covera,push shaft d ,take out woodruff key c,unload shaft d and washer

(2)use the puller to pull bevel gear wheel,take out round pin、washer;

(3)separate inside-leg and outside-leg f、g,take out thrust ball bearing k,shaft collar m;

(4)clean and check all kinds of parts;

(5)make guide screw of inside-leg longest,Add grease next to nut,The whole process of procession spin out 2-3times over and over again,make screw nut sufficient lubrication;

(6)Stack collar m thrust ball bearing k into screw rod ,Add enough grease,then stack outside-leg;

(7)regularly replace by in situ;remark:big and small bevel gear need to add about 0.5kg grease

 

Landing gear injecting enough car general grease,when assembling; To prevent grease to use too long time, to keep the good lubrication of the bearing device, prolong its service life, therefore added grease to each place on a regular basis is necessary.

(1) Inside leg equipped with oil drum, screw, nut, self lubricating and free maintenance;

(2) the screw, nut motion pair and bearing without eqipped with oil drum, add grease two times a year or when issuing or maintenance.

(3)the big and small bevel gears of the outside leg, add grease two times a year or when issuing or maintenance.

(4) gear in the gear box ,need add grease two times a year or when maintenance need to injecting grease.
